Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - 

We will accept any FULL PRICE items that weren't quite right for you in exchange for a STORE CREDIT. We do NOT offer refunds at this time.

 • Any items exchanged must be unwashed, unworn and have their original tags attached.

• Footwear must be exchanged unworn and in its original box. If the box isn't returned with the shoes, or is returned in such a state that we can't resell the shoes, your exchange will be refused. 

• All items purchased as a SALE item, or with a DISCOUNT code discounting the regular price are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

• If there is a disclaimer on an item stating that the piece is particularly delicate or a fine knit, we will not accept these items back once they've been worn.
    
Any Pre - Order Items are FINAL SALE.

Accessories are FINAL SALE.  All tights/lined leggings and intimates are FINAL SALE. All sale items and items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE.

• EARRINGS, HAIR ACCESSORIES, LEGGINGS, LINGERIE,  HATS,  PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS (ex: Lotions, Bubble Bath), DRINK WARE ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Exchanges: If you are a local customer, an exchange may be possible if you are looking for a different size in your item. Please contact us with the details of your request as soon as possible. We are a small boutique and stock turns over very quickly.  
Defective Items: Please note we will replace or refund any defective items at our cost. We must be notified of a defective item right way upon arrival of your items. Pieces that are damaged from wear or washing are not considered a defective item. 
CANCELLATIONS: Once an order has been placed, unfortunately no changes or cancellations can be made.
